This is a first post on this blog. A blog about vegan cooking for a family of four. My basic credo is to cook something tasty, nutritious, and most importantly something quick. Two of the participants in this ongoing experiment are kids, one in junior high who will try most things, and one in kindergarten who has a very limited list of acceptable ingredients.
Last night was carry out night... well sort of. We picked up vegan sushi at the Merc. We warmed some spring rolls from Costco. And I made some bean thread noodles with sesame and ginger. Simple quick and satisfying.
