Then I usually add a couple of tbsp of canola oil and a tbsp or 2 of maple syrup -- sorry for the imprecise-ness, but I never measure! I just glug in a bit of each and and add a bit more soymilk as needed if batter is too think. This recipe usually turns out fairly nice and fluffy.
