Red Miso is a miracle.... Prep time of soup is about 10 minutes... so simple and so satisfying!!!
Two large table spoons and six cups of water and you have a warm and wonderful soup. Add baked tofu, sauteed white onions, kale, cilantro, green onions
, and some crunchy chow mein noodles and you have a meal.
